These core devices enable precise straightening, cutting, bending and welding of metal wires and profiles, with firm welding points, neat mesh panels and smooth profile surfaces, and dimensional errors controlled within ±0.5mm, supporting standardized and customized production of 3D fences, 358 anti-climb fences, chain link fences, gabion mesh, workshop isolation fences, industrial aluminum alloy guardrails, various specifications of galvanized and fire-proof cable trays and other full-range fencing and engineering supporting products.
For surface treatment, we are equipped with German Jinma electrostatic powder coating lines and fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing/PE dipping lines. With intelligent temperature control and uniform powder application, our products pass over 1,000 hours of salt spray tests, featuring excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion and weather resistance, adapting to complex outdoor and indoor industrial environments such as heavy rain, high salt spray, extreme temperature differences and industrial corrosive gas overseas.
